1. Vice President/Assistant Vice President
Operational Risk Management
The job requires the incumbent to assist the business units and management in identifying, monitoring, controlling and reporting the Bank’s operational risk strategies, exposures, appetite and risk tolerance to meet the established goals and objectives. The incumbent will also need to conduct research and analysis on operational risk management methodology and tools that could be adopted by the Bank.
Requirement: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other professional qualification. Possess a minimum of seven (7) years working experience in operational risk management in a financial institution at managerial level.
2. Vice President/Assistant Vice President
Credit Risk Management
Our Credit Risk team is engaged in assisting the business units, senior management, risk committees and the Board in identifying, monitoring, controlling and reporting the Bank’s credit risk strategies, exposures, appetite and tolerance to meet the established goals and objectives. They also have to carry out independent credit risk reviews of credit proposals.
Requirement: A Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or related field is the minimum academic requirement. Possess a minimum of seven (7) years related working experience while a Certified Credit Professional Certification is a must.
3. Manager/Assistant Manager
Corporate Investment Bank
Our Corporate & Investment Banking team delivers value-added advisory and structuring solutions to companies, institutions and government agencies in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring as well as fund-raising strategies in the debt and equity capital markets. As a member of the team, the incumbent will primarily be involved in identifying and originating deals, maintaining client relationship and assist in the execution process of the mandated deals and must have an uncompromising determination to achieve excellence in making the right judgment and taking the right actions.
Requirement: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other professional qualification. Possess a minimum of five (5) years working experience in Corporate Advisory and/or Investment Banking. Candidates having a CMSRL license from the Securities Commission will have an added advantage.
4. Manager/Assistant Manager
Corporate Finance
Our Corporate Finance team emphasizes on understanding clients’ businesses in order to create value-added strategies, aiming at maximizing performance and creating long-term value for our clients. We believe in establishing a “cradle-to-maturity” relationship with all our clients. Our advisory expertises and services cover mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings on Bursa Malaysia, Islamic and conventional Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), capital raising, equity-linked offerings and corporate restructuring.
Requirement: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other professional qualification. Possess a minimum of five (5) years working experience in Corporate Advisory and/or Investment Banking. Candidates having a CMSRL license from the Securities Commission will have an added advantage.
5. Manager/Assistant Manager
Debt Capital Market
Requirement: Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other professional qualification. Possess five (5) years relevant experience and have good clientele in both corporate and government sector would have an added advantage. Candidates having a CMSRL license from the Securities Commission will have an added advantage.
6. Manager/Assistant Manager
Market Risk Management
Requirement: Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Actuarial Science or a related discipline. Candidates must have at least five (5) years of working experience in market and liquidity risk management or risk analytics gained from a financial institution.
7. Manager/Assistant Manager
Sales and Distribution
Requirement: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other professional qualification with minimum five (5) years relevant experience. Candidates must have a CMSRL license from the Securities Commission.
