Responsibilities
- Institutes and maintains an effective and efficient system economically for the management in the procurement, handling and control of flight items in accordance to company requirements.
- To be responsible for all sourcing and purchases related to Inflight Service Items
- Responsible for the development, management and execution of Inflight Service ‘Buy on Board’ annual activity calendar
- Management of all inflight services warehouse inventory management system & Axapta with regards to PR’s through to Posting
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Airline Operation/Airport Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Others, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specializing in Food/Beveerage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
- Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
- Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Work, Outlook and Access
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people
- Possess excellent negotiation and sourcing skills
- Analytical, organized, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks, able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to travel as when it is required
